Full Service Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordination
  • Providing vendors with timelines that effect their area of the event.
  • Attending the rehearsal and assisting or directing  depending on the needs of the clergy or other officiate .
  • Bringing an emergency kit filled with all the things you might need.
  • Attending the bride in any way necessary.
  • Assisting the photographer.
  • Placing the aisle runner.
  • Checking and distributing bouquets
  • Pinning on all corsages and boutonnieres.
  • Set up guest book table.
  • Directing ushers in the seating of the guests and the lighting of the candles.
  • Directing the seating of the mothers at the appropriate time.
  • Assisting with the receiving line if applicable.
  • Directing limousine or other means of transportation to the appropriate location.
  • Reception Services: Assisting with arranged seating
  • Assisting DJ with the entrance of the Bridal Party, toasts, dinner, cutting of the cake, Bridal dances, tossing the bouquet and garter.
