We can accommodate your guests under a tent, if you are entertaining twenty-five or five hundred. There are different styles of tents. Pole tents can only be set on grassy surfaces and as the name indicates there are a series of center poles. Frame tents and clear span tents can be set on almost any surface and have no center poles giving them the look of a large room. We can put a floor under a frame tent and carpet it if you like. We have set frame tents indoors on several occasions when the bride wanted the luxury of air conditioning in July or one who wanted a tented event in December. We have also done heated tents in the fall of the year and actually air conditioning is an option. Sides for the tents are optional. Unless rain is in the forecast, during the summer you will probably want an open tent for maximum air movement. Full sides would be required in order to heat or air condition the space.
